Supplementary exercises for my work out plan;


Laugh until your stomach hurts everyday

Pray together with someone else

Say all the things that come up in mind - to someone you trust

Dance while you're cooking food ( shouldn't be too hard )

Jump every time you're excited



I guarantee you will feel 100 pounds lighter...:)
